Each MUST3RD fingerboard deck is made of individual plies of natural wood veneer.
Each inner layer is cross-grained and glued front and back.
Dyed plies are hand-dyed with alcohol ink or wood stain.
Glued plies are pressure-formed using bench vises and bar clamps.
Each laminate is cut on a table-mounted router.
Each deck is hand sanded to bull-nose all kicks and rails.
The grip side is sanded to 600 grit for great tape adhesion.
The graphic side is sanded to 1000 grit for a slick slide every time.
